Give Back Partners Program

We are a group of local business owners who have developed partnerships and have a lot to Give Back to our First Responders/Healthcare Workers/Educators/Military personnel who give to us everyday. I offer my Realtor services to the Recipient when they buy or sell a home. My Give Back is a contribution of 25% of my commission back to them at closing to go toward their closing costs (ie. Home is $300,000, my commission is $9000, I credit Recipient back $2250 at closing for closing costs). Team Torella Realty donates any unused contributions to the non profit, Gotcha Covered Blankets, who provide blankets to police officers to keep in their trunk to be given out in the community, including homeless and victims of accidents and are bought through donations.  My Lender partners Give Back anywhere from $10,000 in grants for down payment assistance or closing costs and up to 100% Financing for Essential Workers to purchase a home. I am always growing these services to include as many discounts and incentives as possible as well as making me a one stop shop for all of the needs of the home buying/selling process.
